A friend for Mirko?

I have been pushing and pushing to get Mirko a little furry friend. I believe I have found the perfect dog. The description even says so. I just have to convince Dan, which is a lot harder than it sounds. I'm hoping after Florida I can really convince him. I even threatened to move into my own apartment so I could get my 2nd furry friend. No luck. I have read that beagles do better in a house with 2 dogs. They need companionship and will listen and have (slightly) less energy. I don't know how 2 would be different than 1. Honestly you just have 2 dogs to walk and feed but that's the only difference. Just walk them at the same time.
